Biography & History
Force III Consulting Group, Inc. has been operating in the Ohio region for the past 18 years.  Over this time the organization has evolved as a provider of sales management services with principal focus within the insurance industry at the independent insurance agency level.  While there has been work performed with various insurance carriers and outside the insurance industry, the main efforts and energies have been used within the insurance agency system.  The total client count now stands at sixty plus.  Continuing education, featuring sales skill usage is offered upon request and has been utilized by many of our current clients.  A breakdown of our out source sales management services can be seen on the Services page of this site.
 
Tom Hunziker -  President
My 42 years of property and casualty business experience with 32 years managing the sales and marketing of insurance products has provided me with the intimate knowledge required to develop and deliver focused sales management and marketing advice.  My direct management of producers and sales experience has prepared me to address the application of skills and techniques presented in a real-world context.  Over the course of my career I have held various managerial positions with a Fortune 500 company including sales manager and regional sales officer.  As a co-founder of Force III, I have used these business principals over the past 18 years to develop the consulting practice of Force III Consulting Group, Inc.
John Conway, CPCU
In addition to John's affiliation with Force III Consulting Group as a consultant and instructor, he is the Risk Manager for Donatos Pizza, responsible for all property/casualty, worker's compensation insurance and self-insurance programs.  Prior to his current endeavors, John, a graduate of Ohio University, enjoyed an insurance career spanning over 35 years including training, underwriting and sales management, with executive positions at the agency and company level.  By developing and teaching insurance commercial property and casualty courses with the perspective of an insurance buyer, seller and underwriter, John is able to share over three decades of valuable practical experience.  John's classes are informative and are aimed toward both the newer insurance professional seeking basic technical and sales knowledge as well as the experienced pro wanting to hone his or her skills.
