My 42 years of property and casualty business experience with 32 years managing the sales and marketing of insurance products has provided me with the intimate knowledge required to develop and deliver focused sales management and marketing advice. My direct management of producers and sales experience has prepared me to address the application of skills and techniques presented in a real-world context. Over the course of my career I have held various managerial positions with a Fortune 500 company including sales manager and regional sales officer. As a co-founder of Force III, I have used these business principals over the past 18 years to develop the consulting practice of Force III Consulting Group, Inc.
